• SLATE SCHOOL, after a lot of observation came with certain ideas to fix academic performance. After every enrollment, we prepare ABAPR (Attendance based Academic Performance Report) on a monthly basis to ensure better performance of each and every student.

• To explore the understanding of reducing the dropout rate of students, we came up with the plan to provide high protein nutritional food to our enrolled students in july2022.Within three months of this initiative, our data studies indicated that this initiative of providing a stable source of high protein Nutrition, helped keep children in school, as they are less likely to be pulled out to work to earn money for food Incentivized parents to send their children to school by ensuring they receive at least one High protein Nutrition meal a day rather than low cost junk packed food.

The positive effects of this well calculated initiative was seen on the attendance and scholarly performance of students and had contributed to higher retention rates for students.
